SHOPPING ONLINE
Viewing Products - All colours of items via this website are displayed as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in colour and specifications due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings.
We Reserve The Right To - Cancel any order, at which time, you will be notified by e-mail or phone, using the personal contact details provided. We will refund the monies paid using the original payment method.
Unpaid Order - Orders will be cancelled after 28 days if no payments has been made and if we are unable to make contact with the details provided.
Security Of Shopping Online: Designs by ELC Online Store provides you with a secure shopping experience through a Secured Sockets Layer Certificate (SSL Certificate). An SSL certificate is digitally “signed” by a certificate authority, that web browsers already trust. This allows the web browser to verify the identity of a secure site before sending private personal information, such as bank account or credit card numbers. Web Browserts need to make sure the https:// is before the domain name, as this is the security connection.
Currency - All prices on the Designs by ELC website are in Australian Dollars. We do not convert amounts into other currencies.
PAYMENTS
Designs by ELC accepts Direct Bank Deposit or Credit Card. Please check with me of a total invoice amount before proceeding to make payment otherwise you may be required to pay any additional costs you did not add to your cart.
Payment in full must be received before your order will be created.
LEAD TIME FOR HAND STAMPED AND/OR CUSTOMISED PRODUCTS
Designs by ELC orders can take up to 2 weeks, from the date of payment received by Designs by ELC to complete to post.
I will work hard to have all orders delivered asap.
As with life, every now and again there may be unfortunate and out of my hand delays in receiving your order due to unforeseen circumstances, if this occurs I will notify you as soon as possible regarding this.
Holiday Season
During certain peak seasons (Christmas, Easter, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, etc) postage may take longer due to the volumes of mail being processed at this time of the year.
SHIPPING – FREE POSTAGE IN AUSTRALIA
Designs by ELC provides Free Shipping in Australia, we send items out in a padded envelope however, tracking is not provided.
Please note that once an item is with Australia Post, Designs by ELC cannot take responsibility for lost, broken or misplaced items. However, we do like to ensure our customers are satisfied and should there be an issue or a concern please contact us directly.
Please Note: Designs by ELC is run by a sole trader – Owner/Manager/Designer Erin Louise Chick and as such we cannot be liable for any missing parcels, if an order is not received the customer will be requested to provide a signed sworn statutory declaration in order for us to contact Australia Post to lodge a missing parcel enquiry and we’ll endevour to have the issue resolved however, we can only pursue the claim with the information provided to us.
If you would like to use a different shipping method please contact us and this can be arranged at a cost.
Delivery International - Designs by ELC welcomes our International friends to visit and place an order. Given the nature of our business and every order is personally made by hand, we try and complete orders within 21 days depending on the content of the item. International deliveries will be made by Australia Post Air Mail with delivery taking up to 10-12 business days depending on location; charges may vary. Request a quote and we will contact you to inform you of additional shipping fees. International Shipping Charges.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Due to the custom work involved in each piece, returns or exchanges will only be accepted where there is an error or mistake on our part, we will replace the item ASAP. All Designs by ELC jewellery is custom made just for you, all sales are final so please ensure to proof read your text, stamping and other details.
Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product. Refunds cannot be given for change of mind.
